Team named to play Rebels on Tuesday

Corbisiero runs for a try against the Wallabies

Jun 24, 2013

The final warm up match against the Melbourne Rebels with see Corbisiero and O'Connell out due to injury.

Ireland prop Tom Court has been called up as cover for England's Corbisiero, who hurt his calf in the 21-23 win against the Wallabies.

A Lions statement read: "Paul O'Connell has been ruled out of the remaining two games of the series after suffering a fractured arm."

No decision has been made on whether he will leave or stay with the squad.

Wing Tommy Bowe has also recovered from a broken hand against Queensland Reds 15 days ago.

"To have Tommy and Manu fit and back is a great compliment to the medical staff," said Gatland.

"Tommy is fit for Saturday, he's running, but the more time he has to heal the better.

"The surgeon said that that injury is normally a six to eight-week injury, so to be fit in three weeks is magnificent. It's important not to risk him on Tuesday.

"We don't think Jamie is too far away, he's up and running and is potentially available for next weekend."
